本产品为基因重组的高活性高纯度牛肠激酶轻链，是一种切割位点高度专一的蛋白
酶。识别序列DDDDK，在赖氨酸残基的C 端切割多肽。该酶可将带有识别序列的融合
蛋白切开。肠激酶在很多反应条件下仍保持活性，可以在较宽pH 范围（4.5-9.5），较宽
温度范围（4-45℃）以及多种去污剂和变性剂存在条件下有效切割融合蛋白。

纯度

经SDS-PAGE 电泳分析，大于95%。

活性单位

一个活性单位定义为在23℃条件下，8 小时将 50μg 胰蛋白酶原95%转化为胰蛋白酶
所需的酶量。

Recombinant Enterokinase

Description

Recombinant enterokinase (rEK) is the catalytic subunit of bovine enterokinase, which is and purified to yield a high enzyme activity preparation. rEK recognizes the sequence Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys and cleaves the peptide bond after the lysine residue. The enzyme can be used to cleave any fusion protein that carries this sequence.

Unit Definition:

One unit of rEK is the amount of enzyme required to digest 50ug of thioredoxin-NP-27 fusion protein to 95% completion in 8 hours at 23℃.

Storage:

rEK in 50 mM potassium phosphate, pH 8.0, 500 mM NaCl and 50% glycerol should be stored at -20°C. Guaranteed stable for 1 year when stored properly.

10x Reaction Buffer:

500 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 (22°C), 10 mM CaCl2, 1% Tween-20.
